He has 15 years of experience in the IT industry and notably held senior positions in Human Capital Research and Global Financial Services organizations. Prior to founding D9 Brewing Company, Andrew helped start a voice recognition company that was later sold to Amazon in 2011.

Operations/Brewmaster

Levi has worked in the craft beer industry for 12 years. He is a 10-time Great American Beer Festival Judge, as well as a 2022 World Beer Cup Judge. In addition to his time brewing, he has served as a Workforce Services professor from 2012-2018 teaching brewing science.

Matthew
Director of E-Commerce

Matthew leads sales projects and teams directly related to Customer Experience. Specifically, he is leading the creation and implementation of Bevana's e-commerce sales platform, and in parallel, helps lead Bevana's District Sales Managers with retail strategies and initiatives for our distributed products.

Reed
Director of Supply Chain

As the Director of Supply Chain Management, Reed sees that everything gets to where it needs to be. He has decades of experience in logistics and management. Also, he usually manages to have a good time getting it all done.

Olivia
Wholesale Manager

Olivia enjoys food and beverage like it’s her job which, conveniently, it is. She is passionate about the art and science of fermentation and channels that excitement into high standards for what non-alcoholic drinks can bring to the table. She’s got a weakness for summer weather, stone fruit, seasonal flavors, and good package design.

Jamaar
Regional General Manager

Jamaar's career began in hospitality. His experience led him to work for a variety of companies, small and large, opening new locations and improving older locations around the Carolinas and Georgia. His focus shifted from front of house development to operations management. In 2019, Jamaar decided to blend his passion for operational improvement, human engagement, and the craft beer world by leaving restaurants and shifting to the craft beverage industry. Since then, the evolution of great guest experiences, local community engagement, and DEI involvement has solidified that the craft beer industry is as essential to his livelihood as it is to the community.

Sam has been in the beverage industry for 20 years, working all aspects of the business from warehouse, delivery, merchandising, and sales. After spending nearly 23 years working in the adult beverage industry for multimillion dollar companies and startups, John knows what truly drives conversions, portfolio launches, and excitement around brands.

Colin has been a sales manager in the beverage world for a decade. He lives in Charlotte, NC and is fairly tall. Slightly above average even in the Netherlands, the tallest country in the world. He would be short in the NBA and he isn’t the tallest person you know. In relation to his height, and this alone, he is above average. However, this is subject to change as are all other aspects of his preferences that lend themselves to biographical information. 6’3”. That’s it. Let’s not make a big deal about it.

Eric is responsible for sales, promotions, and retail partnerships throughout Virginia, DC and Maryland. An enthusiast and advocate for Craft Beer, Eric thoroughly enjoys exploring new beers and breweries with friends and family. Eric lives in Richmond, VA with his wife, 2 kids, and several more cats than any sane person should have.
